By combining technical expertise with strong client engagement, these positions will drive the success and growth of the company while ensuring that AI solutions meet the needs of diverse industries and users.
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Language, Psychology, Ethics, Law, History, Political Science, Education, Government).

- Proven experience in research, feedback curation, or emotional intelligence applications, education, speech writing.
​
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning principles.
​
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
​
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
​
Responsibilities:
​
- Edge Testing: Conduct edge testing to evaluate AI models' performance under extreme or unusual conditions, identifying potential weaknesses to ensure robustness in real-world applications.
- Feedback Scoring: Develop and implement a feedback scoring system to quantify the quality of user feedback, prioritizing it based on sentiment, relevance, and impact for more effective analysis.
- Collaborate with technical engineers to refine and enhance the large language model (LLM) product, ensuring technical implementations align with emotional intelligence and ethical considerations.
- Analyze feedback and data collected from various sources to assess AI system performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve AI models based on emotional intelligence principles and user feedback.
- Collaborate with oversight layer experts to ensure ethical considerations are upheld in all AI development processes.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on best practices in feedback curation, edge testing, and AI ethics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology and emotional intelligence, sharing this knowledge with the team.
Account Executive

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech or AI sector.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with clients across various sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology), ensuring their needs are met through Emotional i's services.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that leverage Emotional i's offerings, including insights from edge testing and feedback scoring.
- Collaborate with SMEs and technical engineers to ensure clients receive expert guidance and support, and that feedback is effectively integrated into product improvements.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Emotional i's offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of robust testing and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company by promoting innovative solutions that enhance the effectiveness of AI systems.
