As a valued Lead Contributor and beta tester of pre-released products for platforms, including Meta AI and numerous other Conversational AI systems, Andrew is a sought after expert in the areas of user experience and user interface. With a focus on the integration of AI in sectors such as real estate hospitality, and government agencies, Andrew has demonstrated his expertise hosting numerous webinars discussing the responsible deployment of language models and conversational AI in the workplace. His expertise extends to creating first of its kind, bespoke, data-curated language models tailored specifically for niche industries including A.I. training systems for youth development. Before founding Emotional i, Andrew spent 13 years as a global corporate real estate and workplace solutions consultant. His work in site selection, change management, and workplace portfolio optimization culminated in over 100 transactions valued at over $4 billion USD. Andrew holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Estate from New York Law School. He has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30 Top Leasing and Sales Professionals and an Entrepreneurs Herald 40 Under 40 Recipient for his innovative approach to emotional intelligence in the era of AI. Brittany Don
Vice President of Product Integration
Prior to Joining Emotional i, Ms. Don led the largest property management firm in North America, as their Vice President of Operations and Process Improvement, She developed its proprietary resident communication tool. She also created process flows for the New York region’s Community Support Services team which completes a myriad of administrative tasks for the company’s property managers and teams. Ms. Don’s dedication to making a difference includes the management of analytics tools that position division leaders to take meaningful actions that improve the customer experience.

Alexandra Kunikoff
Vice President of Account Management
Ms. Kunikoff has over 8 years of client relations and real estate operations experience. She led leasing of a multi-billion dollar national portfolio of multi-family real estate, at Arbor Realty Trust as well as led client intake processes at the largest property management firm in North America, First Service Residential. Ms. Kunikoff holds a bachelors degree, from Indiana University, where she studied human development and family studies.
